Hello Gamesoc,

Or should I say goodbye? This will most probably be the last email we (the current committee) send out to you this year and I hope it finds you all well. One item only today:

Annual General Meeting

Come one, come all. Please, for the love of gaming come or the society may not exist next year.

This Thursday, the 22nd of April sees the current committee cycle out and a new one being voted in. It also sees some of our most prestigious awards being handed out including the much sought after "Gamer of the year" award. This year we actually have a trophy.

From the 09/10 Committee: Hope you had a fun year of Gaming, and see you on Thursday !

To entice some of the less easily pleased of you we will also have almost double the free pizza and beer that we usually have at gamesoc parties!!! Whether you're running for election or just have that card in your wallet and want some free pizza come to the Astra hall this Thursday at 6 o'clock.

Candidacy declarations cease on Tuesday so if you're thinking of running get two friends to the Blob and contact a committee member ASAP.
